Agreement

By using any website or service operated by xSoft Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Our Services

xSoft Ltd provides software development consultancy services including but not limited to:

• ▶ AI chatbot development and deployment
• ▶ Web application development
• ▶ Chrome extension development
• ▶ SEO and content strategy services
• ▶ Free-to-use online tools (converters, calculators, games)

Client Engagements

For paid development work:

• ▶ Pricing: Quoted per project. Final scope agreed in writing before work begins.
• ▶ Payment: For short 1-2 week projects, 50% upfront and 50% on completion. For longer projects, payment is based on milestones. Invoices payable within 14 days.
• ▶ Ownership: Upon full payment, all deliverables (code, designs, documentation) become your property.
• ▶ Support: 30 days of post-delivery support included. Extended support available.
• ▶ Cancellation: Either party may cancel with 7 days written notice. Work completed to date is billable.

Free Tools & Websites

Our free tools (www.scrabblewordsfinder.com, www.xconvert24.com, xcrypto24.com) are provided "as-is" without warranty. We make reasonable efforts to keep them available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect accuracy. Use for entertainment and reference purposes — not as the sole basis for critical decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content on xSoft websites (code, design, text, images) is owned by xSoft Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

For client work: upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables transfer to you. We retain the right to use anonymised case studies and screenshots for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xSoft Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or websites. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
